We’re open to your party theme idea and music suggestions as well! We’d love to work together with you to make your child’s birthday as easy and fun as possible.

Pricing:

In-Studio: $350+HST
Included number of participants: 10

Additional participants: $20/each

Up to 25 participants

WHAT'S INCLUDED

  • You pick your theme - the dance lesson and songs will match your theme. We can offer suggestions as well. 

  • 2 hours of supervised studio time with one of our staff

  • 1 hour dance lesson in any style and theme of your choice with a professional instructor

  • Tables, chairs to accommodate your party

  • Supervised dance party time after meal/cake/etc. by one of our staff

  • Set up and tear down is done by our staff (except if you have specific decorations - this will be up to you)

 

You are to provide the following: 

  • food, snacks, cake, drinks etc

  • cups, plates, utensils, napkins

  • decorations

  • party favors

ADDITIONAL COSTS

  • The birthday party fee is for up to 10 participants, including the birthday child

  • Additional party guests above 10 people will be an added cost of $20/child

  • There will be an added staffing fee of $50 if total participants (parents and kids) are confirmed at 21 - 29 guests.

  • For total guests confirmed at 30 - 39, the additional staffing fee is $75

  • For 40 or more guests, the additional staffing fee is $100

  • Additional staffing fees are not refundable

  • Birthday parties include 2 tables and chairs for each child

  • Additional tables: $10/table

  • Additional chairs: $10/ 10 ten chairs

 

Terms and Conditions

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

Do parents/caregivers count as participants in the class? No, parents/caregivers do not get counted towards the dance lesson. Only children are counted. However, parents and caregivers are added to the total guest count and additional staffing may apply if that number exceeds a specific limit.

Do I get to choose which studio my party is in? This depends on the day/time you are requesting and what studios we have avaialble, as well as the size of your party.

How much time do I have to set up/decorate? You get 15 minutes prior to your booking time for set up and 15 min after your party time for tear down. You can take longer to set up, however, there may be an added cost if the time goes beyond 30 minutes.

Can I put decorations on the wall? You are not permitted to put anything on the mirrors, but you can use an easy-to-remove painters tape to stick items to the walls. Everything must be removed after with no damage.

What do you do during free/dance party time? Our supervisor will let the music play and depending on the age and energy of the kids, they will play games, set up obstacle courses, or let the children dance off the birthday cake.

Can I come in to view the space? Yes. We are open Mon-Fri 3pm - 10pm. Saturday 9am - 3pm. Sundays 10am - 3pm. You can walk in or make an appointment with our program director.

How do I book? Email youth@citydancecorps.com with your preferred days/times. Our director will then call you to finalize all the details. Payment can be made over the phone or in person by credit card, debit, e-transfer or cash. We require a $100+hst deposit at the time of booking and the balance must be paid 3 days prior to party.
