Ballet is a classical dance form. A traditional classical ballet class with a focus on proper technique needed to improve and progress to the next level of study. This full repertoire class commences with traditional barre exercises incorporating port de bras and correct core body strength. Center work is focused on adagio, pirouettes, petit allégro and grand allégro. Musicality is emphasized as students are exposed to a variety of both classical and contemporary composers.
