  • 60 min Princess ELSA from frozen class which includes:

    • Storytime 

    • 2 songs sung by the princess (ELSA)

    • 3 games (Dance party, dance game, princess etiquette)

    • Tiara crowning for the birthday girl/boy and certificate for all participants

    • Glitter makeover (princess applies glitter face makeup on participants)

  • Tables and chairs to accommodate your party size

  • Serving utensils, cake knife, plates, napkins, cutlery & tablecloths

  • Supervised dance party time after food/cake/etc. by one of our staff

PARTY

  • 60 min Circus Lesson (Aerial Silks, Hoops, Acro)

  • Tables and chairs to accommodate your party size

  • Serving utensils, cake knife, plates, napkins, cutlery & tablecloths

  • Supervised dance party time after food/cake/etc. by one of our staff

  • Set up and tear down is done by our staff (except if you have specific decorations - this will be up to you, but we will help)

  • This party has a max of 12 students. Additional participants may be included, however, there will be additional staffing fees and the maximum is 16 participants.

ADDITIONAL COSTS

  • The base birthday party fee for DANCE PARTY & PRINCESS PARTY is for up to 10 participants, including the birthday child. Additional party guests above 10 people will be an added cost of $20/child

  • The base birthday party fee for LIL TOTS MUSIC & DANCE PARTY is for up to 8 children and 8 parents. Additional guests above the 8 children & parents will be an added cost of $20/child & parent. 

  • Additional guests above 10 people for CIRCUS PARTY will be an added cost of $30/child. There is a max of 12 guests per Circus Party.  Circus Party can accommodate up to 16 participants, however, we will have to hire an additional instructor and there will be added fees for this.

  • There will be an added staffing fee of $70 if total participants (parents and kids) are confirmed at 21 - 35 guests.

  • For 36 or more guests, the additional staffing fee is $140

  • Additional staffing fees are not refundable

  • Birthday parties include 2 tables and chairs for each child

  • Additional tables: $10/table

  • Additional chairs: $10/ 10 ten chairs

  • Add on like Jumpy Castle Rental, are available at an additional cost and outlined in the booking forms.

  • Cupcakes, mini cupcakes and cakes can be requested as well. We order everything and have it ready for you at the party

WHAT OUR HAPPY FAMILIES ARE SAYING...

We just celebrated my daughter’s 9th birthday at City Dance Corps and it was incredible!!! We had a very talented dance instructor named Sadie who taught a fun dance to a Taylor Swift song (as per my daughter’s request!). Sadie was so warm and welcoming to all the kids, she instantly had them up and dancing! Sadie was inclusive and patient, and she spent a lot of time teaching the kids some fun choreography, and at the end of the party, all the kids performed this dance and they had a blast! I can’t recommend City Dance Corps enough for hosting your child’s next birthday party. Several parents (myself included) also enquired about having our own adult birthdays there too as it was honestly that much fun!!! Needless to say, my daughter wants to celebrate her next birthday at City Dance Corps again! Would highly recommend. Thanks Sadie and City Dance Corps for the fun memories!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS​

 

What studio is my birthday party in? All birthday parties are held in Studio 3 or Studio 7 and this would depend on the size of your party and the time slot you choose.

Are the times listed above the only days/times you have available for birthday parties? The days and times we list above are guaranteed available time slots. If you are interested in booking on a different day/time, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Additional costs may apply if you are booking outside of regular hours or requesting larger studios.

How much time do I have to set up/decorate? You get 30 minutes prior to your booking time for set up and 30 min after your party time for tear down. Your birthday party supervisor is there to help you set up your decorations, food/snacks, cake etc.

Can I put decorations on the wall? You are not permitted to put anything on the mirrors, but you can use an easy-to-remove painters tape to stick items to the walls. Everything must be removed after with no damage.

What do you do during the supervised free/dance party time after the lesson or princess party? Our supervisor will let the music play and depending on the age and energy of the kids, they will play games, set up obstacle courses, or let the children dance off the birthday cake. We have a JUMPY CASTLE as an add-on.

Can I come in to view the space? Yes. We are open Mon-Fri 3pm - 10pm. Saturday 9am - 3pm. Sundays 10am - 3pm. You can walk in or make an appointment with our party director.

How do I book? Fill out the form on this page. Our party director will then call you to finalize all the details. Payment can be made over the phone or in person by credit card, debit, e-transfer or cash. We require a $100+hst deposit at the time of booking and the balance must be paid 3 days prior to party.

When do I have to let you know my final guest count? We will ask you for your final guest count when the final balance is due, 3 days before the birthday party date.

Can two parents attend with their tot for the Lil Tots Party Package? Yes, however, there is an additional cost of $10 for a second parent.

Do parents have to participate in the Lil Tots Party Package? Yes. All children must be accompanied by a parent at all times for this party package.
