About the program

Structured Grade Levels for All Ages
The RAD Ballet program offers a clear progression through graded levels—from Primary to Advanced—tailored to age and ability. This ensures dancers develop at a pace that supports long-term success.

Comprehensive Training: Ballet, Character & Pointe
Beyond classical ballet technique, dancers are introduced to character dance (a stylized form of traditional folk dance) and, as they advance, begin safe and proper pointe work under expert guidance.

Globally Recognized Certification & Performance Goals
With internationally respected examinations and regular performance opportunities, RAD dancers build confidence, discipline, and a sense of achievement in a supportive, goal-oriented environment.
The Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) is an international ballet syllabus. Founded in 1920, it continues to be one of the world’s most influential dance educational organizations.

The structure of the curriculum allows dancers to develop their technique over time, by working through the grade levels and completing exams based on each level. The exams set standards in classical ballet and the instructors have the highest level of accreditations in order to prepare dancers for exams. In order to build the necessary strength, alignment, coordination and technique, students interested in examinations are required to take a second ballet class each week, called the RAD Exam Prep class.
