LOST & FOUND
City Dance Corps is not responsible for any lost personal items, including but not limited to: jewelry, clothing, shoes, school books, etc. Please help us return lost items to you by labeling every item that comes into the studio. Please note that we clear out the lost and found on a monthly basis.
It is extremely important that you keep us updated with your current contact information. Updated information is crucial in case of an emergency. It also helps us keep you updated on changes and other information about the studio.
Class changes are subject to the approval of our Program Coordinator. If you wish to transfer or change classes please contact the program coordinator immediately. We will try our very best to accommodate you. A $25.00 administrative fee will be charged for students transferring between classes. Transfer requests must be made in writing, and will not be accepted after October 31, 2017. City Dance Corps reserves the right to deny transfers if they feel the quality of the class and the student's progression will be compromised. If your child is placed in a dance class by the teacher, it is because the teacher believes it is the best option for your child’s dance education, transfers will not be permitted in this case.
Each student must pay a costume fee of $115.00 +hst for each class they are enrolled in. Costume fee is NON refundable after December 1, 2017.
•Tuition is due on time even if your child did not attend class during the payment week. •Parents will be charged tuition on the due dates by our secure, automatic payment system. •Late payments will incur an automatic late interest of $1.00 per day per class. •Students will not be able to participate in any City Dance Corps activity, performance, or class if the account is past due. •Keep up to date with the City Dance Corps calendar of important dates and events to avoid late payment fees.
DISCONTINUATION AND WITHDRAWALS
Our program runs from September to June. It is expected that dancers entering the program will commit to the entire year, and participate in the Year-End Recital in 2018. In the event that a dancer is unable to fulfill the year-long commitment, withdrawals MUST be made in writing and sent to the program coordinator (firstname.lastname@example.org). Parent and Tot does not participate in the Year-End Recital. Registration fee of $25.00 is NON refundable.
Annual and Term Payment Plans
Refund requests must be made in writing before October 1, 2017. 75% of the class fees will be refunded minus a$25 administrative fee. Classes already taken will not be refunded.
Quarterly Payment Plans
There will be NO refund granted under this payment plan and all withdrawals must be submitted in writing. All withdrawals due to injury must have a doctor's note submitted to the program coordinator. The Quarterly and Term payment options are not enrollment options. They are payment plans to offer parents some flexibility with fee payments. The enrollment period at City Dance Corps is an annual enrollment from September 9, 2017 to June 10, 2018.
